I know how that is. Everytime I went to the bookstore to get the next book, the one I wanted wasn't there and the one a formerly wanted but had to order WAS there. I've managed to get my hands on them all, though. I think, next to Dead Beat, Grave Peril is my favourite, followed shortly by Summer Knight.
